PUMPKIN SPICE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1tablespoon sugar
  2. 1/4teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  3. 3tablespoons vodka
  4. 2tablespoons half and half
  5. 1tablespoon canned pure pumpkin puree
  6. 1tablespoon maple syrup
  7. 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the sugar and ⅛ teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice on a small plate. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass in water, then dip in the sugar to coat.
  2. In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, half and half, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the remaining ⅛ teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice. Shake vigorously, then strain into the prepared glass.


CARAMEL APPLE SANGRIAsangria

This literally tastes like a caramel apple without the stickiness!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Pinnacle Caramel Apple Vodka
  • 1 bottle 750 ml Pinot Grigio
  • 6 cups fresh apple cider
  • 2 apples cut up (I usually use 1 red and 1 green apple)

DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients in glass pitcher, cover and refrigerate over night or for at least 6 hours.


cocktail2 DEVIL’S BREW

Approximately 4 Drinks:

a small container of blackberries
8 oz.white rum
3 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. ginger syrup*
1 oz. orange liquor
1 oz. honey
bitters, to garnish (optional)

Gently muddle the blackberries. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. In a shaker, whip the remaining ingredients, shaking. Strain into the glass. Garnish with bitters if desired and serve with a straw.

^Easy Ginger Simple Syrup:  Mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar and some ginger (peeled and sliced into small pieces) in saucepan and dissolve over medium heat. Once dissolved, remove from heat, let cool and then store in sealed container in fridge.  Remove ginger with spoon or by straining before using.
