Ok, I may have picked it for it’s amazing perfect blush pink color, but I’m posting it because it’s so good! Refreshing, light, smooth, and oh so drinkable. This is my favorite new Rosé of the season and at $14 full price, it’s very reasonable especially since I think it’s just as good as $22 – $27 Rosés and did I mention that color?!
“Medium nose shows strawberry, white flowers, wet stone. Palate pretty mineral driven, subtle fruit of watermelon, white apricot, slate. Nice acidity and style, good value.”
The more I research, the more I think I stumbled onto something big…
Rosé de Printemps is the best of summer and the best of Provence – bottled.
“Grassroots is pumped up to announce the arrival of Rosé de Printemps 2016, literally: Rosé of Spring. What started as a conversation over a platter of oysters at Leon’s has turned into our most exciting wine project.”
And the New York Times featured this wine as one of the best 20 Rosé wines under $20. Keep an eye out for this rising star of Rosés!
