Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup good Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Greek Seasoning (I use one with sea salt in it – if not, add salt)
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- squirt of fresh lemon, to taste
Directions:
Mix well in jar and my secret is to blend with a hand held frother. I store mine in a mason’s jar at room temperature. Give it a good shake before each use.
