Spinach Artichoke Dip
I always get asked to make this and I can prepare it ahead and keep in fridge until ready to bake so I like that!

- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tsp. garlic
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, chilies, and artichoke hearts.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
- Bake for 20 – 30 min.
*Serve with baguette slices thin or crackers
Baked Brie
This is literally the first Hors d’oeuvre I ever made…back in my early 20’s – it went well with the boxed wine! I may have come along way from 22, but I still make this super easy and always delicious baked brie!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 round wheel of brie cheese, trimming rind
- Jam (I used to always use raspberry, but I now try different ones: fig, lingonberry, marmalade, cranberry, current, even honey)
- 1 roll of Pillsbury Crescent Roll Dough
DIRECTIONS
- Simply roll out dough onto parchment lined baking sheet and use your fingers to smooth seems and make 1 nice rectangle sheet of dough.
- Place Brie in center and smother with jam.
- Fold up corners around the cheese, using your fingers to pinch together the dough.
- BAKE at 350 degrees for about 20 min. or until dough is golden brown and cheese is warm, and gooey.
Enjoy!
