Ingredients:

  • 1 lb spicy James Dean Sausage
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups sharp grated cheddar cheese
  • opt. chives, chopped jalapenos

Directions:

1 – Crumble and brown sausage in large skillet. Add onion and cook over medium heat until cooked. Drain fat.

2 – Combine all other ingredients with sausage/onion mixture in large bowl, stirring until all combined.

3 – Drop batter by heaping tablespoons on lightly greased baking sheet.

4 – Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 min. until lightly browned.

My son Dylan loves these and I make them for him all the time. He keeps them in the freezer in a large freezer bag and takes them out as he wants them and just microwaves them for a minute or two. So you can make a large or double batch and they will last a long time!
